How do I know which program is right for me?
Take the Career Fit Assessment. It looks at your strengths, interests, personality, working style, natural abilities and other relevant factors, then recommends two programs that may be a strong fit for you.
Do I have to take the program recommended by my assessment?
No. Your assessment gives you two recommendations, but the final choice is yours. You can choose either recommended program or explore the other programs and select another one.
Do I need any previous experience to join?
This depends on the program. Some programs are designed to be accessible to beginners, while others may benefit from some basic technical knowledge. The individual program page will tell you what you need before enrolling.
What exactly do I get when I enroll?
You get access to your selected program, live classes, class recordings, the accountability community, and the other benefits included with your enrollment. Founding members also receive access to the exclusive Upwork strategy.
What happens if I miss a live class?
You don't lose the class. Recordings are provided, so you can catch up and continue with the program.
Will I learn how to make money with the skill?

Can I make money with the Tech Career Launchpad without choosing a specialization?
Yes. The Tech Career Launchpad is not a program that says you have to specialize before you can start earning. It gives you practical foundational skills that can be used for entry-level tech work and freelance opportunities. As you gain experience and discover the area you enjoy or perform best in, you can choose a specialization and go deeper.
Who can join the referral program?
